Delete your Dampling account and data

In the app (fastest)

• Delete everything (account + backup + phone): Settings → Account → Delete account → Delete permanently.
• Delete the backup but keep the journal on this phone: Settings → Backup & sync → Stop backup.
• No account? Erase the journal on this phone: Settings → Backup & sync → Erase journal on this phone (or uninstall the app).

Without the app

Email support@martialtech.fr from the address of your account (or tell us the sign-in method you used: Apple or email) with the subject "Delete my Dampling account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, your plan, every journal entry, check-in and challenge stored on our servers, and the sign-in link to Apple (we revoke the Sign in with Apple token). Data disappears from encrypted backups within 7 days. We keep nothing else, except purchase records required by tax law (handled by Apple / Google).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Dampling Plus subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dampling
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
