Delete your Flashdays account

This page explains how to delete your account in Flashdays, the app published by SLASH DIGITAL LAB SAS on the App Store and Google Play, and what happens to your data.

In the App (fastest)

1. Open Flashdays and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the App

Send an email to support@martialtech.fr with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of your account (or tell us which Apple or Google sign-in you used). We check that the request is yours, delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in identifiers (and the authorization given through Sign in with Apple is revoked).

• Everything stored on our servers for your account: the recipes you save (a name and your develop settings: camera look, flash, date stamp, frame).

Deletion removes your data from our active systems at once, and from backups within 30 days.

What is kept

• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as required by tax and accounting law. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store account settings first.

• Data stored only on your device stays there until you delete the App.
