Delete your SlashBots account

This page explains how to delete your account in SlashBots, the app published by SLASH DIGITAL LAB SAS on the App Store and Google Play, and what happens to your data.

In the App (fastest)

1. Open SlashBots and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the App

Send an email to support@martialtech.fr with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of your account (or tell us which Apple or Google sign-in you used). We check that the request is yours, delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in identifiers (and the authorization given through Sign in with Apple is revoked).

• Everything stored on our servers for your account: what you relay between your phone and your computer: chats with your bots, their settings, routines, memory, skills, rules, projects, and the photos and files you send.

• The files you added.

• Your device's push notification tokens.

Deletion removes your data from our active systems at once, and from backups within 30 days.

What is kept

• Data stored only on your device stays there until you delete the App.
