Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and SLASH DIGITAL LAB SAS, Carrera 8A # 97-07, Bogotá, Colombia ("we", "us"), for the use of the Flashdays app (the "App"). By using the App you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App

Flashdays: Your camera roll, developed like it's 2006. We may improve, change or stop features over time. We will tell you in advance in the App before stopping it entirely.

Your account

Keep access to your sign-in method (email, Apple or Google account) secure. You can delete your account at any time in the App or on this page.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and for your personal use. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer our services, access other people's data, or use the App to harm others.

Your content

What you create in the App stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the App to you (for example to sync it across your devices). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Subscriptions

• Some features need a paid subscription. The price and period are shown in the App and in the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

App stores

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its support.

Liability

We build the App with care, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.

Your photos. You keep all rights to your photos and to the developed versions. Only develop photos you have the right to use, and respect the people in them when you share.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date. If a change is important, we tell you in the App before it applies.
