This policy explains how SLASH DIGITAL LAB SAS ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use the SlashBots app for iOS and Android (the "App") and these web pages. We collect as little as we can. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never track you across other companies' apps or websites.
This text is also our policy for the processing of personal data under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012, Decreto 1377 de 2013) and our privacy notice under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process and why
Without an account. You can use the App without creating an account. Everything you create in it (what you relay between your phone and your computer: chats with your bots, their settings, routines, memory, skills, rules, projects, and the photos and files you send) then stays on your device only.
Account. If you create an account, we store an identifier for it:

your email address, when you sign in with a one-time code sent by email;

the identifier and email address Apple gives us when you use Sign in with Apple (it can be a private relay address);
We use them to sign you in, keep your data in sync across your devices and back it up. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Use).
Your content. When you are signed in, a copy of what you relay between your phone and your computer: chats with your bots, their settings, routines, memory, skills, rules, projects, and the photos and files you send is stored on our servers so that you can find it on your other devices and recover it. Only you can access it. Legal basis: contract.
Files. Photos or files you choose to add are stored privately on our servers and are only shown to you. Legal basis: contract.
Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device to send you the notifications you turned on. Legal basis: consent (you can turn them off in your device settings).
Support. When you write to us, we keep your email address and messages to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
These web pages use no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security, for a limited time.
SlashBots relays data between your phone and the SlashBots desktop app on your computer through our servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Your computer connects out to our relay; it is never reachable from the internet. The AI models run on your computer with the provider you chose there; we do not send your chats to any AI service. Relayed content (chat messages, bot settings, routines, memory, rules, the titles and addresses of the tabs of your computer's agent browser, approval requests, and photos or files) is encrypted at rest. Passwords saved in the desktop app's vault never leave your computer; a login offer shows only the site and user name. Private chats are never relayed. Retention: commands, approval cards, activity and relayed files 7 days; mirrored chat messages 30 days after their last update; synced items as long as they exist on your computer. Unpairing a computer or deleting your account deletes everything relayed for it. Push notifications (when enabled) only say which bot needs you; they never contain the content of your chats.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the App. They process data only on our instructions:

When data is transferred outside your country (for example to the United States), we rely on the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data

Account and synced content: until you delete your account. Deletion removes them from our active systems at once, and from backups within 30 days.

Support messages: as long as needed to answer you, and at most 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw a consent you gave (this does not affect what was done before).
You can delete your account yourself in the App (Settings → Delete account) or on this page.
For anything else, email support@martialtech.fr. We answer within 15 business days, and in any case within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority: in Colombia the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), Colombia; in the European Union or the EEA the authority of your country of residence.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored by our providers with encryption at rest. Your session is kept in your device's secure storage, and access to our systems is restricted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and its date. If a change is important, we also tell you in the App.
